This provisional certificate of Nepalese Nationality has been issued to

pursuant to the Nepalese Ship Registration Rules, 2028 (1972), Framed under
the Ship Registration Act, 2027 (1971), subject to the prevailing laws of Nepal
and the conditions mentioned therein.
This certificate shall remain in effect, till the period mentioned in
Section 17 of the Act.
The ship which name has been mentioned here (in this certificate) shall
have the right to use the flag of commercial ship of Nepal according to the
prevailing Nepal law till then this certificate remains in effect.
