(b) Certificate of registration of firm.
(c) The attested copy of citizenship certificate if the proprietor,
partner or promoter share holder has been a Nepali citizen and if
foreign citizen then attested copy of his/her passport and visa
issued by the Government of Nepal (Amended by the second
Amendment).
