All the acts and proceedings relating to procurement carried out under the Financial Procedure Act, 1998 and the Financial Administrations Regulations, 1999 made thereunder and the provisions of the Act, Rule or
Formation Order related to procurement of the Public Entity as referred to in sub-clause (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of Clause (b) of Section 2 shall be deemed to have been carried out under this Act.
