(1) According to this Act, the person, custodian or organization responsible for the care and upbringing of children shall submit the details related to the children to the local child rights committee through the relevant child welfare officer within three months after the end of each financial year.
(2) On the basis of the details received under sub-section (1), the local child rights committee shall prepare a report and submit it annually to the provincial level child rights committee and the local level child rights committee.
(3) Provincial child rights committee within the province and local child rights committee shall periodically inspect and monitor the overall situation of children within the local level and the quality and effectiveness of available services.
