Section 74
Limit
(1) In relation to the offense under section 66, if any time limit is specified in the prevailing law, the case should be filed within such time limit and if no time limit is specified, the case should be filed within one year from the date of the offense.
(2) In the event that a case is not filed in accordance with sub-section (1), regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the limitation for filing a case in relation to an offense against a child shall continue for one year from the date such child completes eighteen years of age.
