(1) Children with disabilities will be provided with special protection as prescribed.
(2) Every child with disabilities shall have the right to ensure their dignity, promote self-reliance, participate actively in society and live with dignity.
(3) Children with disabilities shall have the right to receive special care and to receive education, training, health care services, rehabilitation services, employment preparation and recreational opportunities for social integration and personal development.
(4) Children with disabilities shall have the right to equal access and enjoyment of public services and facilities.
