Section 11
Right to Privacy
(1) Every child shall have the right to privacy in matters relating to his life, residence, property, writings, data, correspondence and character.
(2) No person shall create, collect, publish, print, display, sell, distribute or transmit by any means any personal information, description, photograph, video of a child that would offend the character of the child or cause him to be embarrassed, humiliated or humiliated.
(3) The name, address, age, gender, family background, financial status, offense and any action taken in relation to the child who has been accused of or victimized by the child court, police office, guardian, parent or other body, and the identity of the child will be disclosed. The details must be kept confidential. Children's information thus kept confidential shall not be used for any other purpose than in accordance with law. But if it has to be published for a study or research work, the name, surname, address and other identification of the child and his/her family may not be disclosed, only the age or gender can be published.
