(1) The license holder shall submit to the authority within three months of the end of each financial year a report containing the details of the amount of goods or services exported from his industry throughout the year and the income and expenditure of the industry.
(2) The authority shall submit the annual report of its operations to the Ministry within four months of the end of each financial year.
(3) In addition to other things, the report according to sub-section (2) should include the achievements of the establishment of the special economic zone, the impact on the economic status of the country, the activities carried out by the authority throughout the year, etc.
(4) The annual report according to sub-section (2) shall be publicly published by the Ministry.
