(1) There shall be a Children's Fund for immediate rescue, relief and rehabilitation of children and also for providing compensation.
(2) The funds as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Funds received from Government of Nepal, State Government and local level,
(b)  Funds received from foreign governments, international associations, organizations or individuals,
(c)   Funds received from indigenous persons, associations or institutions,
(d)   Amounts received from fines imposed by the Juvenile Court,
(e)   Amounts received from any other source.
(3) The consent of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance shall be obtained before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (2).
(4) Fund amount according to sub-section (1) can also be made available to the children's fund established according to the laws of the province and local level.
(5) Provisions related to the management, operation and use of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
