Section 5
Rights against discrimination
(1) No child shall be discriminated against on account of his or her family or guardian's religion, race, caste, caste, sex, origin, language, culture, ideological belief, physical or mental condition, disability, marital status, family status, occupation, health status, economic or will not be discriminated against on the basis of social status, geographical area or any other similar basis.
