Section 45
Psychosocial and Psychological Studies Report
(1) A separate psychosocial and psychological study report will be prepared for the purpose of investigating, prosecuting, prosecuting, hearing or settling the charges against children in conflict with the law.
(2) Provisions regarding the preparation of the study report as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
