If an organization has been given the responsibility of guardian in accordance with this paragraph, such organization shall be considered as the ultimate responsible for the care and upbringing of the principal child. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, the term "head of the organization" means the chief executive officer of such organization or the chairman, managing director or any other officer acting in that capacity as prescribed by the rules of the organization.
(2) If the institution entrusted with the responsibility of guardian acts contrary to the prescribed conditions and procedures, the Child Welfare Officer may also prohibit such institution from performing the protection of children by revealing the conditions violated.
(3) If it is confirmed by the monitoring that the institution banned under subsection (2) has made the expected improvements, the child welfare officer may release the ban imposed on the said organization in child protection work.
