Section 41
Punishment not calculated
(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, for the purpose of punishment, the criminal act committed by a minor shall not be counted when the punishment is imposed in accordance with this Act or the prevailing law.
(2) No matter what is written in the existing law, even if a child repeatedly commits a criminal act, he shall not be punished further on the basis of punishment.
