(1) There will be a ballot as determined by the commission, containing the name of the candidate whose name is included in the final list of candidates for the election. (2) The name of the candidate will be mentioned in the ballot according to Nepali alphabetical order. And the details on the ballot paper voted by the members of the Provincial Assembly shall be printed with different colored ink. (4) The serial number shall be printed on the bottom of each ballot paper as determined by the Commission. (5) The format, type, color and type of ballot paper shall be as determined by the Commission.
