Rule 113
Sending a judgment or order to the authority
If any public servant is found to have done any of the following acts in a case submitted to him, the judge may order that a copy of the judgment or order be sent to the relevant authority by mentioning the matter in the judgment or final order as he deems necessary:-
(a) committed any illegal act, (b) knowingly failed to comply with the duties to be followed according to the law or committed misconduct or gross negligence in that regard, or (c) did not conduct himself in accordance with his position.
