Rule 171
Dismissal
(1) The Court of Appeal Rules, 2048 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Appellate Court Rules, 2048 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with these Rules. Alteration: In place of the words "Court Fee" in the Rules, the words "Court Fee" have been substituted.
