Rule 92
Sending Judgment to the Authority
If it appears from the case submitted before the bench that any national servant has directly committed any illegal act, has knowingly or willfully failed to comply with the duties required to be followed according to the law, or has been seriously negligent in the performance of duty or has not behaved in accordance with his position, if the bench deems it necessary, He may mention the matter in the judgment and order to send a copy of the judgment to the relevant authority.
