Section 14A
<br> who can donate organs
The following persons can donate their organs to the patient:-
(a) A close relative of the patient,
(b) In the event that a member of two or more families needs to be transplanted, if the organ of a close relative of such family cannot be transplanted, and if the organ sought to be transplanted is compatible with another family member, the members of each other's family in writing on the basis of mutual agreement. > (2) In the case of clause (b) of sub-section (1), a person who wants to donate an organ or accept an organ should open the procedure and submit an application to the committee in the prescribed format for approval.
(3) If it is found appropriate to examine the application received according to sub-section (2), the committee may give approval to the concerned persons for organ donation or organ adoption.
(4) In accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (1), the operation of transplanting organs shall be done simultaneously by surgery in parallel.
