(1) The authority authorized by the committee may inspect whether health institutions and individual licensed physicians have followed this Act or the rules made under this Act and the orders and instructions given in accordance with Section 29 while conducting activities related to organ transplantation.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the inspection officer shall submit the inspection report to the committee.
