Rule 56
Additional service leave
(1) Employees who have to work more than forty hours a week in health institutions, hospitals, health posts will get additional service leave for working more hours and can take such leave within the next three months.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), payment equal to the salary of the period for which additional service leave is not taken will be given.
(3) The record of additional service leave shall be updated by the head of the concerned office.
