Rule 2
Definition
In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Act" means the Nepal Health Services Act, 2053.
(b) "Service" means Nepal Health Service.
(c) "Group" means a group as per rule 8.
(d) “Subgroup” means a subgroup maintained under a Group.
(e) "Head of Department" means the officer specified in Schedule-1.
(f) "Head of Office" means Head of Office specified in Schedule-2.
(g) "Head of Unit Office" means the Head of a Unit Office which has a separate existence under the Head of Office.
(h) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Health and Population.
