Rule 165
Court Management Committee
(1) There will be a court management committee as follows to conduct necessary studies and manage matters such as court cases, bench management, records, information, material and financial resources:-
(a) Chief Justice or Judge acting as Chief - Chairman (b) Judge appointed by Chief Justice or Judge acting as Chief - Member (c) Head of concerned Government Advocate Office - Member (d) Registrar - Member - Secretary
(2) The chairman of the bar unit of the concerned court may be invited to the meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1).
(3) Other arrangements regarding the meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the committee itself. 1165 a. PAYEE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE: (1) There shall be a PAYEE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE as follows to manage PAYEE by round process in court:-
(a) Chief Justice or Acting Chief Justice - President
(b) The two most senior Judges - Members
(2) If for any reason the Chief Justice or the Chief Justice or one or both of the two most senior judges are absent, the judge next in seniority shall act as the chairman or member of the Pay Management Committee for that period.
(3) The Registrar shall act as the Secretary of the Committee of Management of Sessions.
(4) Meetings of Payee Management Committee shall be held as required.
(5) The meeting and decision-making procedures of the Payee Management Committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(6) The work, duties and rights of the Payee Management Committee shall be as follows: a) Establishing certain criteria for filing the payee case, b) Taking necessary actions to make the payee management transparent and reliable, c) Monitoring for the effective implementation of the prescribed standards in relation to the payee management, d) Made by the Supreme Court Administering and conducting payroll in accordance with the guidelines on payroll management, e. If there is any ambiguity in the implementation of the guidelines on payroll management made by the Supreme Court, giving necessary clearance, f. giving necessary instructions to the registrar regarding payroll management.
