Rule 3
Court Working Hours
(1) The working hours of the court will be from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the working hours of the court will be from 16th October to 15th January from Sunday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), the court shall remain closed on days designated as public holidays by the Government of Nepal and on days designated as closed by the plenary meeting.
(4) The Chief Justice may designate any work to be performed by the court at other times in addition to the working hours of the court as per sub-rules (1) and (2) and even on days when the court is closed.
