Rule 21
A bench in court
(1) The court shall have the following benches:-
(a) Constitutional Bench,
(b) Full Bench,
(c) Full Bench,
(d) Joint Bench,
(e) Bench of one Judge.
(2) The cases to be considered by the constitutional bench under clause (a) of sub-rule (1) and other related arrangements shall be as mentioned in the Supreme Court (Constitutional Bench Operation) Regulations, 2072.
