(1) The Assembly may delegate some of its powers to the Academic Council or the Executive Council, as required, out of the powers it has received in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Academic Council or the Executive Council may delegate some of the powers it has received in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any body as necessary.
(3) An official of the University may delegate some of the rights granted to him in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any official under him as necessary.
