Section 23
Registrar

(1) The Registrar shall be a full-time officer working in the University (2) The registrar will be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.
(3) The academic, financial and personnel administration of the University shall be under the general supervision of the Registrar (4) The term of office of the Registrar shall be four years (5) Other duties, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the Registrar shall be as prescribed.
(6) The registrar shall record the decision or order of the assembly. A copy of that decision or order should be sent to the Chancellor.
