(1) According to this Act, the Government of Nepal may delegate its powers to any body or organization other than the head of the Council or Council.

(2) This Act or under this Act In accordance with the rules or regulations made, the council may delegate the powers it has received to the chairman, vice-chairman, member, committee of members, registrar or any other authorized staff.
