Section 84
Delegation of authority
(1) The Board shall, as per the requirements of this Act or the regulations made under this Act, have certain rights from any member of the Board, sub-committee under Section 74, Government of Nepal. Delegation to any agency or railway administrator under:
(2) The Railway Administrator may delegate some of the powers granted to him in accordance with this Act and the regulations made under this Act to any authorized employee of the Board as required. However, according to this Act, the authority to look into the case of Railway Administrator cannot be delegated.
