Section 93
Delegation of authority

(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate the powers it has acquired under this Act by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette so that the authorities specified in the said notice may use them.
(2) According to this Act, an officer may delegate to his subordinates to use the authority under his general supervision.
