Section 87
Awards

(1) An employee who does not get the best marks in the performance evaluation form made under this Act continuously for the minimum service period required to be a potential candidate for promotion to a level one level above the level in which the employee is being held, will be given an additional five salary increases as a reward. . The amount of such award will be decided by the concerned head of the department and given along with a certificate of appreciation.
(2) If the final salary of the concerned employee is exceeded by adding the additional salary increase according to sub-section (1), the amount of the salary increase will be added to the monthly salary received by him.
