Rule 185
Designated Officers
For the purposes of the following section of the Act, the following officers are designated:-
(a) Sections 15 and 16b of the Act. For the purpose of the concerned director in relation to secondary schools and the district education officer in case of other schools.
(b) For the purposes of clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Act, the director concerned and other schools in relation to secondary schools, clauses (b) and (c) of the same sub-section and section 16d. District Education Officer concerned for the purpose of sub-sections (6) and (7) of .
