Section 5
Disqualification for Chairman and Member Disqualification for Chairman and Member
The following persons shall be deemed ineligible for appointment to the post of Chairman and Member:-
(a) Non-Nepali citizens,
(b) Convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(c) having been convicted of an offense involving a serious violation of human rights,
(d) being involved in armed conflict,
(e) Recommended by the National Human Rights Commission for taking action in cases of violation of human rights.
