11.1 The President of the Institute may be designated or appointed by the Government of Nepal. 11.2 The Government of Nepal shall appoint the General Manager of the Institute. 11.3 The term of office of the Chairman and General Manager shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. 11.4 The arrangement regarding remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the Chairman and General Manager will be as prescribed.
