Section 19
Punishment:

19.1 Any person who commits acts contrary to sub-section 18.1.1 shall be punished with fine up to ten thousand rupees or imprisonment up to five years or both. 19.1A Any person who commits an act contrary to subsection 18.1.2 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term up to three years or a fine of up to thirty thousand rupees or both. 19.2 The institute or any sub-committee appointed by the institute as per section 10 may fine those who commit the following acts as follows:- 19.2.1 Those who commit acts contrary to sub-section 18.1.2 fine up to ten thousand rupees, 19.2.2 Violation of sub-section 18.1.3, fine up to five thousand rupees, 19.2.3 Violation of sub-section 18.1.5 or 18.1.6, fine up to three thousand rupees, sub-section 19.2.4 18.1.7 A fine of up to two thousand rupees shall be imposed on the person who causes the act contrary to subsection 19.2.5 19.2.5 The person who causes the act to be treated contrary to subsection 18.1.8 or 18.1.9 shall be fined an additional two A fine of up to one thousand rupees, 19.2.6 Whoever commits an act contrary to sub-section 18.1.4 or 18.1.10, a fine of up to one thousand rupees, 19.2.7 Except as provided above, whoever contravenes this Act and the regulations made under this Act A fine of up to 1000 rupees is imposed on the person who commits any act, depending on the nature of the offence. 19.3 The institute may impose a fine of up to five thousand rupees on those who commit acts contrary to sub-section 18.1.11. If the institute itself has to demolish it, the institute will recover the cost of the demolition from the concerned person.
