In addition to the duties, duties and powers written elsewhere in this Act, the duties, duties and powers of the Chairman shall be as follows:-
(a) Determining the priority of topics to be discussed in the Council meeting,
(b) To monitor and evaluate the plans and programs run by the Council and to give necessary instructions in this regard,
(c) Conducting the work of the Council in an orderly, effective and smooth manner,
(d) To do other work as specified.
