(1) The Center shall regularly monitor or arrange for the following matters of government offices and public institutions:-
(A) Financial, administrative and technical work execution,
(b) Whether the services or facilities to be provided to the public are in accordance with the law or not,
(c) Whether or not the strategies, tactics, programs issued by the Government of Nepal against corruption have been implemented or not,
(d) Whether or not there is delay or irregularity in the editing work,
(e) Services, facilities and other related matters provided by such offices or institutions.
(2) The center may conduct monitoring as per sub-rule (1) on the basis of information collected as per rule 3 or complaint received as per rule 4.
(3) During the monitoring according to sub-rule (1), if it appears that the work to be performed by any government office or public institution is not done in a regular manner, the center may give necessary suggestions or instructions to such government office or public institution to perform the work in a fast, efficient and effective manner.
