Section 34
Monitoring
(1) The department shall monitor and inspect the office of the licensee from time to time regarding non-compliance with this Act or the rules made pursuant to this Act or the instructions given under this Act and may inspect the records and other related documents kept by the licensee for this purpose.
(2) It shall be the duty of the licensee to provide the details and records as requested during the monitoring or inspection as per sub-section (1).
