(1) The relevant agency will monitor and evaluate the impact on the environment from the implementation of the proposal.
(2) During the monitoring and evaluation according to sub-rule (1), if it is found that there are more impacts than those mentioned in the specified conditions when the proposal is accepted, the relevant body will give the necessary instructions to the proposer to remove or adopt measures to remove such effects and it will be the duty of the relevant proposer to comply with such instructions. br> (3) According to sub-rule (2), the concerned body shall inform the Ministry of the instructions given to the proposer.
