26. Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (1) For the purposes of sub-section (1) of section 38 of the Act, there shall be a Central Monitoring and Evaluation Committee as follows:-

(a) Chief Secretary, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Office – Coordinator
(b) Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(c) Secretary, Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission – Member (d) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of General Administration – Member (f) Secretary, National Planning Commission – Member
(g) Head, National Vigilance Center – Member
(h) Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (Development, Construction and Coordination) - Member - Secretary

(2) Other related officers and experts may be invited to the meeting of the committee as required.
(3) The committee shall make and implement its own procedure.
