Section 8
Improper Action Complaint
(1) Any person who is adversely affected by the improper action in any other matter may file a complaint before the Commission if someone has acted unfairly in a matter of public interest or concern. However, if the person adversely affected by the unfair action has died or such person is unable to file a complaint due to physical or mental disability, his rightful owner or custodian may also file a complaint in that regard.
(2) Even if no one complains according to sub-section (1), if the commission receives information from any other source regarding the improper actions of someone that adversely affects the public interest or concern, the commission may conduct investigation and investigation and other related actions in accordance with this Act.
(3) When making a complaint in accordance with sub-section (1), a complaint may be made at any time for any unfair action affecting the public interest or concern, and for other matters other than that, a complaint should be made within thirty-five days from the date of knowing that such action has taken place.
(4) When making a complaint, the complainant shall submit with the complaint any evidence that he has or can obtain in support of the complaint.
