Suspension: If a person holding a public office is detained by the Commission in accordance with Section 16 or Sub-Section (4) of Section 19, such person shall be deemed to be automatically suspended from his/her position for the entire period of such detention and in the case of a case pending in accordance with Section 18 until the end of the case. A person under such suspension is not allowed to be appointed and work in any government office or public institution or in any position that incurs expenses on loans or grants received by the Government of Nepal in any way.
