According to the report submitted by the inspector in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 13, any producer, distributor, health care agency or health worker complying with this Act or the rules made under this Act. If it is found that they have not done so, on the recommendation of the committee, the ministry may send a written notice to the relevant agency to suspend or cancel the license, permit or authorization they have received from the Government of Nepal or any other agency to carry out their business or business.
