(1) On the recommendation of the committee, the Ministry shall appoint the required number of inspectors for the purpose of inspecting and investigating whether the manufacturers, distributors, health care agencies and health workers have complied with this Act or the rules made under this Act. or may designate employees to work as inspectors with the approval of the relevant agency of the Government of Nepal. If the rules made under the Act have not been followed, the report should be submitted to the committee after inspection and examination as specified.
