Rule 110
Pronouncing judgment on behalf of absent judge

(1) According to rule 107, if the judge who made the decision dies before receiving the written judgment after delivering the written decision in the opinion book, the chief judge or the judge acting as the chief judge himself or a judge appointed by him shall record the decision written in the opinion book as a judgment and sign such judgment.
(2) If the case under sub-rule (1) occurs in a case heard by a joint bench, if the opinion of the judges sitting on that bench is decided, one of the judges must sign his signature and state the reason why the other judge cannot sign, and if there is a difference of opinion, in the case of the opinion of the deceased judge, sub-rule (1) ) should be done accordingly.
