Rule 5
Provisions relating to duration and renewal of permits and certificates
:
(1) The period of Air Service Operation Permit and Certificate granted in accordance with Rule 4 shall be for a maximum of one financial year except in the case of early cancellation in accordance with Rule 6.
(2) Before the expiry of the period according to sub-rule (1), for the renewal of the permit and certificate, an application shall be submitted to the Director General, attaching the renewal fee as mentioned in Schedule-1.
(3) The format of the application to be given in accordance with sub-rule (2) and other procedures related to renewal of permit and certificate shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
