(1) Before the commencement of this Act, a person who is operating a trekking agency after obtaining permission from the Government of Nepal shall also submit an application to the Government of Nepal for obtaining a license under this Act by disclosing the specified details within the specified period.
(2) The Nepalese government will grant a trekking agency license to the person who submits the application within the deadline as per "sub-section (1)".
