(1) Clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f),( (g) and (h) if any action is to be taken, an application shall be submitted to the Watershed Protection Officer in the format of Annexure-4, including the reasons for such action. If the work does not seem to be done, permission can be given in the format as per schedule-5.
