Rule 24
Repairs and maintenance to be carried out only by authorized or recognized organizations
(1) According to rules 22 and 23, when carrying out maintenance and maintenance of aircraft and aircraft engines and other parts on a regular or emergency basis, engines of Nepalese aircrafts only from organizations that have received permission according to sub-rule (2) of rule 28 or recognized according to sub-rule (2) of rule 49. And repair and maintenance of spare parts will have to be done.
(2) Other arrangements related to regular overhaul repair of the aircraft and verification of the same shall be as mentioned in the Annex and Manual.
