The Attorney General may obtain necessary information about the investigation in any criminal case filed by the Government of Nepal.
(2) When receiving information in accordance with sub-section (1), if it is felt that the investigation of any offense committed by the government of Nepal is insufficient or if a specific measure, method or method should be adopted for such offense, such measure, method or method has not been adopted or if further investigation is required, the Attorney General shall appoint an investigation officer or He can give instructions to his head of department at any time.
