Section 198
May modify or add to the schedule
(1) The Government of Nepal, in consultation with the Attorney General, may make necessary changes or additions to Schedule-1, Schedule-2, Schedule-3 and Schedule-4 by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) Except as mentioned in subsection (1), the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs may, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Supreme Court regarding investigation and prosecution related matters in other schedules, publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and make additions, reductions or changes as necessary.
